Industry and company related information to customers and suppliers of Borealis Group.
a) The development, the manufacture, distribution, marketing and sale of chemical products and plastic materials, directly and indirectly and the granting and acquisition of related licenses;
b) To hold shares in companies, directly or indirectly, in particular in companied operating in the chemical and plastic field, as well as to manage, and provide services to, such companies;
c) The company is entitled to carry out all business activities which are considered as necessary or useful to achieve its objects as set out under a) and b) above, particularly the opening of a national and foreign branch offices and subsidiaries, purchase and sale of real estate, the conclusion of leasing contracts, and the acquisition of investments in other companies doing business in related areas. The Company shall not be entitled to do business as a bank and to provide financial services.
